Ingredients
- 2 Honeycrisp apples, cored and chopped
- 1 Asian pear, cored and chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup cold water (or coconut water)
- ½ cup ice (optional)
Directions
- Add the apples, pear, ginger, and lemon juice to a high-speed blender.
- Pour in the water or coconut water.
- Blend on high until completely smooth.
- If you prefer a juice-style drink or do not have a juicer, pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer, nut-milk bag, or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher.
- Use a spoon to press out as much liquid as possible.
- Discard the pulp or save it for smoothies, oatmeal, or baking.
- Pour the strained juice into glasses. Add ice if desired and serve immediately.
