🍏 Apple-Pear Ginger Detox Smoothie

This refreshing detox smoothie blends apples, pears, ginger, and lemon to support digestion, reduce bloating, and gently cleanse the body while keeping energy steady.

Ingredients
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 Asian pear, cored and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup cold water (or coconut water)
  • ½ cup ice (optional)
Directions
  1. Add the apples, pear, ginger, and lemon juice to a high-speed blender.
  2. Pour in the water or coconut water.
  3. Blend on high until completely smooth.
  4. If you prefer a juice-style drink or do not have a juicer, pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer, nut-milk bag, or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher.
  5. Use a spoon to press out as much liquid as possible.
  6. Discard the pulp or save it for smoothies, oatmeal, or baking.
  7. Pour the strained juice into glasses. Add ice if desired and serve immediately.
