The Apple, Pear & Burdock Root Drink I Keep Coming Back

Some recipes aren’t about trends.
They’re about how they make you feel.

This is one of those drinks for me

It’s simple.
Grounding.
And surprisingly comforting.

I started making this during a time when I wanted something that felt cleansing but not extreme.

No powders.
No complicated protocols.
Just real ingredients.

Why I love this combo

Apples
Light, slightly sweet, and easy on digestion.

Pears
Gentle and hydrating — they soften everything.

Burdock root
Earthy and grounding.
It gives the drink depth and makes it feel… rooted.

My simple recipe

  • 4 apples
  • 4 pears
  • 1 lemon
  • Thumb of ginger
  • About 5 burdock root sticks

Juice everything and drink fresh.

That’s it.
