Why I Created Eat For How You Feel
I didn’t create this space to be another “wellness expert” online.
I created it because I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by health advice.
One day carbs are bad.
The next day they’re healing.
One expert says detox.
Another says don’t.
At some point, I stopped asking:
“What’s healthy?”
And started asking:
“How do I feel?”
That question changed everything.
Because food isn’t just nutrients.
It’s communication.
Your body is always speaking.
Through your mood.
Through your energy.
Through your cravings.
Through your fatigue.
And most of us were never taught how to listen.
This space is my way of slowing that conversation down.
Not extreme wellness.
Not perfection.
Not food fear.
Just learning to reconnect with your body again — gently.
If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for another diet.
You’re looking for understanding.
