This space was created from a simple belief —

After studying holistic nutrition and walking through my own health and life transitions, I realized something:

Most people don’t need complicated diets.
They need real, nourishing food that meets them where they are.

I created Eat For How You Feel as a gentle space rooted in holistic wellness, emotional balance, and simple nourishment. This isn’t about restriction or perfection — it’s about learning how food connects to mood, energy, and everyday life.

My Background in Holistic Nutrition

I hold a degree in holistic nutrition and have spent years learning how food supports both physical and emotional wellness. While my studies gave me knowledge, my personal experiences taught me the most — that healing can be simple, intuitive, and deeply personal.
